 Maya moved a hand through her blonde hair as she was in her last class of the day waiting for the bell to ring. She didn't know why she was she just didn't want to be there anymore. She picked up her book that she was reading to look at a text that her sister sent her. Which mostly said that she should wait for her by her locker that day if she wanted a ride home with her and Marisol. She sighed inwardly as she sent a text back letting her know that she will be at her locker waiting for her. She put her phone away and continued on reading like that as she didn't want anyone to look at her face really.
When the bell rang Maya smiled as she put down her book and put it in her bag. She smiled at Tristan before getting out of her desk and walking with him to her and Tori's lockers. She opened it up and took out the stuff that she needed for her homework that night before smiling at her reflection in the mirror that she has in her locker. She closed the locker to see that Tristan and Tori were gone. She sighed before remembering that they had their rehearsals to go to. WhisperHug practice that day was cancelled and so she staid there by her locker wondering where Katie is so that she can get home. As shew as waiting though she moved her head against the locker as she closed her eyes while wondering why her sister sent that text. She moved her body toward the ground as she probably knew why.
She didn't know why her sister was so against her being friends with Campbell besides the whole fact that he is a jock. But that doesn't mean that all jocks are like Drew and she wanted to let her sister know that without hurting her feelings. |

She had been spending most of her day with Cam, going to their classes together, lunch, the usual things she did with her bestie. She walked down the hall with him on her way to drop him off at hockey practice as they exchanged jokes and laughed together about stupid costume ideas for Halloween this year. When they reached his practice, she gave him a quick hug before telling him she'd see him later and heading back down the hall the way she came. She had to go to her locker to grab her homework and her camera before she could go home so she went that way. She glanced over a few lockers down from her's as she opened her locker grabbing what she needed. She closed her locker before she approached the girl,"Hi there, I'm Lilli, your Maya right? I think I saw you on Cam's facerange friend list" she said nonchalantly as she grinned down at the girl,"Waitin for a ride or something?" she asked looking up and down the pretty much empty hall.

Maya opened her eyes when she heard someone coming down the hall. She hoped that it was her sister but when she noticed the girl she saw that it wasn't her sister. She groaned inwardly wondering what was taking her sister so long. She got out her phone to see if she might have sent another text but she didn't see one. She hoped that Katie wasn't playing a trick on her since this would be one bad trick if she was. She looked up and saw the one girl talking to her. She heard her say that she was Lilli. She said "Hi Lilli. And yeah I'm Maya." She smiled before thinking he still has me on his facerange list? maybe there is still hope. Maya didn't mean to hurt him when she let Tristan use her face range to chat with Campbell. She said to Lilli's other question "Yeah. Or at least I thought so. My sister is Katie texted me last period telling me to met her at my locker so that she and Marisol could take me home. But now I'm thinking it was some type of joke." She sighed after she said that as she moved a hand through her blonde hair. |

Lilli listened and smiled lightly before she adjusted her skateboard in her arm and she leaned her side against the locker,"Well if she doesn't come soon, do you live far?" Lilli asked. Lilli was always up for making new friends and they could always walk and maybe grab a soda or something. She glanced up and down the hall for a moment before back to Maya,"We can walk together if you want, maybe grab a soda or something, hang out a little?" she suggested lightly, she was kind of curious she was sure this was the girl Cam mentioned a few times and she wondered what the girl was like, she wondered what the girl's intentions were with her best friend. She chewed the inside of her cheek as she pushed herself away from the lockers and started to walk toward the doors to outside,"Up to you" she said.

Maya listened to Lilli talk. She said "Not that far away just like three blocks away I believe." She smiled up at her as she hated waiting for Katie and wondered if her sister was even coming for her. She liked making new friends even though at times it is kind of hard. She really did like making friends even though its kind of hard for her at times. She nodded her head at Lilli before sighing. She looked around some with Lilli and didn't see her sister at all. She looked at Lilli and saw her walking away. She got up and said "Sure I wouldn't mind that. It's not like I have anything else to do." She smiled at her before grabbing her bag and started walking toward Lilli before getting out her cell phone to text her sister to tell her that she was going to hang out with a friend. She smiled at Lilli as she stood next to the other girl before pushing the doors open.
