Personality: Donnie is a relatively calm and cool guy who everyone tends to get along with. He comes from a strict upbringing by two successful married lawyers, so they make sure that he is disciplined to his utmost ability. Because of this discipline, Donnie is somewhat accustomed to being to himself when it comes to matters at school. He's a team player true enough, but he trusts himself more than he trusts anyone else. This certainly can be a good thing, but it also can be a bad thing because he doesn't let everyone in on his business even when the person may be able to help him out.
Donnie's not like the stereotypical athlete. A model leader for his fellow teammates, Donnie's a bit of a bookworm. He's not necessarily a nerd, but he would rather spend more time in his studies than say going to a party. Maybe that's who he is, or maybe that's his parents constant disciplinary voices in his head. Who knows? When it comes to girls, Donnie's a friendly person, but he's a bit a shy when encountering someone he obviously likes. Once things get comfortable, he opens up a bit more and she will realize that Donnie actually is a very witty and funny guy behind the athlete as well as the bookworm. All and all, Donnie's a multitalented guy who doesn't want to do anything wrong in this world.
Overall Appearance: Donnie's an athlete, a basketball player at that, so it is obvious that he would be gifted in the height department. He stands at about 6'0" and his weight is evenly distributes across his athletic figure. Coach has everyone constantly stay in shape so Donnie takes great care of his body. He keeps his black hair short and neat, but he also has periods of times where he lets his hair grow. Some of Donnie's most notable features are his hazel eyes, his dimples when he gives a bright white smile, and also his numerous tattoos on his chest and arms. Most people are unaware of his tattoos unless they have seen him shirtless. Normally during basketball games, Donnie wears sleeves to cover his arms.

History: Entering into his junior year at Degrassi Community School, Donnie has slowly developed into a name heard around the entire school. Initially as a freshman, Donnie was known as the skinny guy in the gifted program. However, during his sophomore year, he tried out for basketball with some of his friends and made the team. Fortunately for Donnie, he was pretty good at it and cracked the starting job as the team's point guard. Though Degrassi didn't win the championship, they competed very hard and look forward to an even better year this year. At the beginning of the school year, Donnie was named captain of the squad, seeing as how there weren't too many seniors on the team. A bit nervous with the responsibility, Donnie aims to keep an even head during this year. Hopefully he stays focused and stays out of trouble.
As stated before, Donnie is a bit more popular now that he's on the basketball team. Cheerleaders that originally wouldn't look his way are now interested in this physically new Donnie who has grown to a manly six feet tall. However, Donnie isn't impressed by that at all, to the amazement of a bunch of people. He tends to keep to himself and his books while balancing involvement around school (including the dance and theater department). Donnie's a secretly a writer and hopes to perform at the talent show this year to pursue a dream that he really wants instead of the dream his parents want. But he needs some people that would support him and take him as serious as he takes his dreams.[/center][/font]
