She didn't know why she had been removed from class this afternoon and it truly upset her when she found herself being escorted to the principles office only to be informed there was an incident and she needed to go with the police officer. Tessa didn't know what was going on as she was escorted passed staring students in the hall and into the back of a cop car,"Well let me tell you, this looks oh so lovely to the rest of my peers, the Student council Treasurer being in the back of a cop car" she said as she sighed. She glanced out the window as they approached the station and she was escorted inside. She looked down at her feet as she walked and was soon being seated in a room where she knew she would be questioned but for what? She looked up as the officer entered and handed her a cup of coffee and she raised an eyebrow,"What in the bloody 'ell is goin on?" she asked her English accent apparent as she spoke. He answered her and she didn't like it, her brother was missing, her house found in ruin when her uncle wasn't at home. Her heart sank as she looked down at the coffee cup,"I didn't do anything I've been at school" she protested and after being screened through what seemed like hours of questions she was finally released. She refused a ride home and just left through the doors. She walked down the steps and stood outside of the station for a long moment as she shoved her hands in the pockets of her jeans and glanced up at the sky, she felt so lost and now she had to go and erase rumors at school tomorrow too for the scene that had been made.

[Drew Torres]

Weak, stressed, depressed. Who was this person he was letting himself become? Sure he was caught up between two girls but after he broke up with Katie, and never fully got back with Bianca due to his break down Drew found himself getting physically sick. His concussions were bothering him, he was become forgetful of not only common knowledge, he was losing himself as well. Time would only tell how he was going to over come this but a break from school was what he needed. He didn't need to be around the drama, didn't need to hear his name in the halls. Drew just wanted himself back. A job at the mall had caught his eye, and he needed to go grab a copy of his criminal record. Drew walked the side walk, he was sick of looking at his feet, this wasn't who he was and it was time to break out of this depression. Drew looked up, the sun beamed off his Oakleys causing him to squint as he approached the station. Drew walked up the stairs, it had been a while since he even thought about coming back here but business was business. Drew went in the station and watched the school's treasurer walking toward the door, what was that all about. The only reason he knew the girl was because of the fact he spent so much time around the student council when dating Katie. But he didn't want to let that enter is mind. Not when he was being strong. Drew entered the office and ordered his record, he paid for it then got a receipt stating it would come in the mail with in 10 business days. Drew walked out of the building, the station always brought him anxiety but to his surprise Tessa, was still standing there. Drew walked down offering a smile. "You in trouble? Never...what a shocker." Drew teased. He figured he'd give flirting and friendship another try. Though he wasn't quite sure if the girl was bothered by what was said in the student council about he and the president. "What happened, if you don't mind me asking.." Drew said putting his sunglasses on his forehead letting his blue eyes meet with her brown ones.

She looked over at the sound of a voice and she tilted her head as she looked over Drew Torres. She chuckled softly at his words and rolled her eyes slightly,"I'm not in trouble, though they did love making it look like I was" she said as she stepped toward him and she looked him over again before glancing around and then up at the sky. "My brother...is missing" she said softly as she ran her fingers through her hair. She shrugged lightly before she took a few steps away from him,"He probably just made it look like a kidnapping and ran away though" she said as she glanced over her shoulder at him. She wasn't sure what else to say to him, truth be told she always kind of liked him whenever Katie came to the council meetings with him, it made Tessa smile, but right now she wasn't sure what was going through his head. She walked a few more steps ahead of him,"What brings you here?" she asked raising an eyebrow before she looked away again,"Want to tell me while you walk me home?" she suggested with a light giggle,"I'm justin kidding, you don't have to walk me home, unless you want to" she teased.

Drew watched Tessa's eyes roll and her response to his question caused him to give a cheeky smile. "See I never thought you would be capable of it." Drew came back sarcastically. When she explained what was going on he chewed the inside of his cheek. There were more important things in the world besides girls and drama, love for family. Though he started to lose those feelings Tessa's words brought back that feeling he lacked. "I'm really sorry Tessa, I don't know what I would do if Adam pulled a stunt like that..." Drew said missing his own brother now. When she asked him why he was there he let his eyes meet hers again. "Well, I'm sure you know all those rumors at school are true, and I've been really overwhelmed so I'm thinking about giving school a break and getting a job. I needed my records to get it though since I'm still technically a minor." Drew admitted when she asked him to walk her home he nodded. "Yeah, I could do that or maybe we can go to the park, sit somewhere talk..I've met you before, but your soft spoken. So I know little about you, besides your the treasurer with the cute accent." Drew teased with a wink. Maybe a new female, could bring up his spirits. Not that he was trying to date right away, just that he wanted something new. Drew slid his hand into Tessa's and started to walk. "I mean if you don't want to that fine too, I could just walk you home." Drew said raising his eye brow.

She smiled when he slipped his hand into her's and she looked up at him trying to hide the pink color that threatened to touch her cheeks before she nodded,"The park sounds nice, and is my accent really that cute?" she asked as she fell in step with him and she squeezed his hand lightly. She allowed him to lead her to the park and when they got there she let go of his hand and she rushed over to the swings where she sat down and began to swing her legs back and forth gaining a little bit of height as she looked at him,"come swing with me? or are you afraid of heights?" she teased sticking her tongue out at him as she giggled allowing the wind to hit her face which made her smile. "What is it you want to know about me Drew?" she asked.

Drew smirked at her comment on his compliment. "Yes, it is cute. It's different not something I'm used to hearing." Drew admitted putting his free hand into his pocket, when they arrived at the park he smiled watching her have her kiddy moment. It was sort of cute watching her all smiles. The park was remotely empty due to the fact most of the children were in school and he listened to her and took it as a challenge. "Scared? Me? Not anymore." Drew said not many things put fear into him besides his nightmares. Drew walked over to the swing and got up pushing himself back as he let himself swing now. "See I got this." Drew said cocky as he stuck out his tongue at Tessa. After swinging for a while he looked over at her. "Well tell me about you, you must be from England." Drew said mimicking her accent with a smile. "Nah, like your pretty fresh to Degrassi, what was life like in England? Do you have family here you stay with? Are you going back to England anytime soon ?" He asked curious to just get a little info out of her. Drew never really tried to learn about girls and their pasts but this one was sort of different and she kept a smile on his face.

She chuckled and watched him swing before she slowed down and just sat in the swing digging her shoes into the bark. "Yeah I'm from England, and I stay here with my uncle and my cousin and my brother.." she said,"My cousin is Kat, she's on the power squad" she said softly.She glanced over at him and offered a weak smile before she got off the swing and she grinned running over to the grass area. She spun around in circles for a moment before dropping down on her back and looking up at the clouds crossing the sky, changing colors, it was nearing sunset. She smiled to herself when she heard him coming over to join her. She looked up at him and her smile got brighter,"Sorry, I'm such a kid some times" she whispered before she reached up and grabbed his arm yanking him down to lay beside her. She chuckled and kept her eyes on the sky,"So what do I need to know about Drew Torres?" she asked softly glancing to him now.

When Tessa conformed she was from England and Kat was her cousin he smirked and shook his head. "Kat, you mean the girl that seems to not belong? I mean I've dated half the power squad, and she doesn't seem to enjoy it as much as the others." Drew said with a smile, it was true at least to his perception. "She's different I guess." Once done on the swing he walked over with Tessa to the grass and he was pulled down. His blue eyes skimmed the sky for clouds. This was relaxing and when she apologized he looked over at her. "Tessa, feeling like a little kid at times gets away the feeling of adulthood. It's nice to be around someone optimistic and cheery. At least I believe it is." Drew admitted, he hadn't had this much fun in a while, with the acceptation of Adam and his brother bonding time. Yet even with that he was screwing it up. "I am having fun." Drew admitted with a smile. This was the only time that Katie and Bianca and cheating wasn't on his mind for the first time in a long time. When she asked about him he looked over at her. "Know about me? I mean I'm a senior, sports are my life. Though I haven't been playing much since I've been in this depression. Umm, I am easy to talk to. I like giving advice though I am a hypocrite and don't take my own sometimes. I like to fight, I like to challenge myself especially with girls. I'm pretty honest you can ask me anything you want to know." Drew said looking over at Tessa. He licked his lips then looked back up to the sky, he wanted to play football, it was nice to think of sports. "Maybe later we could go to my house, play some toss contact football in my yard it's pretty big. I mean if your up for it." Drew suggested, just wanting to spend more time with the girl.

She got to her feet now and she pulled him up with her,"Why wait?" she asked to his comment of going to play football at his house. She liked night football, it'd be fun. She pulled him toward the sidewalk and fell in step beside him absently still holding his hand,"We can play football, maybe order pizza and watch movies later? If you want to" she suggested, after all it was a friday night, why not spend it doing something fun! She let him lead the way to his house and once inside she glanced around,"Wow its nice...you gonna go grab a football?"

[/color] she asked him as she kept hold of his hand still,"Give me a tour maybe? Whatever Drew Torres wants to do," she said with a light giggle as she nudged him playfully and scrunched her nose in an adorable manner.[/blockquote][/blockquote]

The plans from the night sounded good Drew smiled and nodded. "Sure football and pizza, movie sounds like you have yourself a date with Drew Torres Tessa." Drew boasted, he walked the side walk chewing the inside of his cheek. Though it was just hanging out why not call it a date he'd feel more pride in that category of his life. Once they arrived at his house he looked at Tessa. "I'll give you a tour no problem." Drew said walking up the front stairs to his house thank god he noted his mothers car was not in the drive way. Drew walked into the living room and looked around. "Well this is the living room, and this is my wall of awards." Drew said showing Tessa all his foot ball and basket ball trophies he took pride in most things. Then he showed her the kitchen and took her upstairs to his room. "This is where I spend my nights, if I'm not passed out in the basement." Drew said, his room was filled with all his MMA accomplishments. Some posters and game systems. Drew grabbed his football off his recline chair and walked Tessa through the rest of the house finishing at the basement door. "This is where I got drunk for the first time and lost someone very important to me." Drew admitted walking down the basement stairs. His mind was filled of cheering, and the sounds of people egging him on for losing virginity. Drew sighed and walked to the screen door opening it. He couldn't picture the door without thinking of countless nights of Bianca sneaking in. "Well let play shall we, we can even drink with our pizza later my mother wont be home for a while." Drew said walkig out into his large yard space. Drew walked up to the four orange cones and set two up on either side of the yard. "I'll toss it to you then you try to run and get a touch down by running in between my two goals. No worry I'll take it easy on ya." Drew teased tossing Tessa the football.
