History: Justin has lived in Toronto since he was born and never really had much friends until he met Kat in the 3rd grade. He and Kat became almost inseperable and through years of being abused, Justin kept Kat at his side to ease his pain. Finally when he couldn't take being beaten any more, he told Kat about his home life and she went right to her father who was a cop and soon enough Justin was moving in with the Teagan family. He and Kat always remained close and now they are attending Degrassi for their Junior year of High School. Justin has been on the football team at Degrassi ever since his freshman year and he just recently has taken up hockey.
