Personality:
It's very rare that Phoebe isn't happy, she's always full of joy and energy. She loves to do things, so when she's not busy, she'll leave her office and do just about anything to keep herself entertained. She's understanding and compassionate, always wanting to make a change. Although she normally doesn't act like it in front of her students, she's very good at getting what she wants and making arrangements. She's an oppurtunity chaser for her kids, and is extremely devoted to getting her students where they need to be. Sometimes, she's a little too loyal to her students and forgets to worry about herself. She likes to put others first.
Phoebe often gets too familiar with her students, often treating them more like equals. She relates to them and still likes to have fun just like them so she can't help it. She'll often pretend she had been talking to a kid so that they're not marked late to class or save them in the little ways she can. She remembers what it was like to be in school at their age.
Overall Appearance:
Phee has short blonde hair with brown highlights and undertones. She has blue eyes and lightly tanned skin. She's 5'6" and almost always wears short heels just so she can brag about being taller than some of her extremely tall students. She usually dresses in quirky vintage clothing, and occasionally dresses casual when she knows she doesn't have many kids to see in one day. She tries to keep it looking professional enough so Simpson doesn't have to call her out on it but sometimes she flat out misses her mark. There are days she just looks like a student walking the halls.

History:
Phoebe was planning on being a teacher when she started college but when the stats came out on the high demand for guidance counselors in Canada, she got her teaching certificate and studied for her counseling certificate right away. She had originally decided that she would teach for a few years before taking a counseling job on the side. When she applied for Degrassi, though, she was told by Principal Simpson that they were in need of a counselor and she was the only one qualified who had applied. It's her first full year at Degrassi but she was introduced late the year before and spent the summer with the teachers. [/center][/font]
