Personality: Chuck is a very cocky and sure of himself kinda guy, he acts like he has no care in the world what anyone thinks. Deep inside he hates himself though, for never letting anyone close, but knows that those that get close only end up hurt in the end. He took up drinking and smoking at a very young age, and doesnt mind sharing the habit with others. If it comes to being caught with it, he will always make it someone elses fault, Chuck storm never gets caught!
Overall Appearance:Tall and dark, his very smile would make you feel as though his hands were upon your body. The mere touch of his delicate hands enough to set your body on fire, and a mere kiss enough to melt your brain to mush. He can charm the skin off of a snake with his words, along with the gleam in his eye. He is not very tall, being at most average height and weight with the ladies of his age group.
