Stella took in a deep breath standing out side of the theater door. She did a double check on her hair and outfit. She had on a purple baby doll outfit with leggings. She had purple converse sneakers one. She was really nervous, but pumped at the same time. She has been really interested in trying out for the play for a while a musical on romeo and Jules.Everyone's been talking about it all day at school and she thought she was more then good enough to at least see if she could make it on the cast list. She took one more deep breath and gathered her courage. Stella pushed open the door and walked in. She walked up to the center of the stage with one of the scripts."Hi im Stella an I'm gonna tryout for Benvlio." Stella turned away and flipped to act three."I pray thee, good Mercutio, lets retire. The day is hot, the Capulets aborad and if we meet, we shall not scape a brawl."Stella slowly turned and got into character. She said her part with concern and emotion continuing the rest of her part."For now these hot days, is the mad blood stirring."She bowed her head and did a few more lines. She was really enjoying playing the role of Benvolio."We talk here in the public haunt of men. Either withdraw unto some private place, and reason coldly of your grievances, or else depart."She paused letting the words make an impact."Here all eyes gaze on us."Her head lowered and she closed her eyes for a few seconds showing she was done."So what do you think?"Stella felt a little uneasy because she never done anything like this before.

The last couple days were hectic, he had actually made a point to piss off his boyfriend. After Xander left him feeling alone he figured it was best. The top of his cheek was swollen and a little bruised but this was one of his less brutal encounters with Kaleb. Bradley was left with confusion, and he even felt broken. To be honest he sort of started to get feelings for Xander and when his friend left him with question and curiosity it just hurt. Just up and leaving saying he couldn't do the play due to the homosexuality aspect of it. Yet yesterday Xander came back and made it final he wanted to do the play though so it left him in a state of confusion. Brad made his way to school, he walked slowly watching his Converse sneakers. He wore black skinny jeans and a dark gray hoodie. Nothing too flashy or exciting. Everything was going to be okay he tried to assure himself. Finally making it to school he Brad walked into the halls, he had a couple classes and his seasonal depression was getting worst. The show must go on, and he had casting to do. Bradley made his way to the theater. Upon entering he walked around dragging his feet. School was not where he wanted to be at this current time but he'd make the best of it. Brad went in his bag and pulled out his Monster energy drink, he sipped it walking up to the stage letting his feet dangle off. He was shorter then most his age, but he thought of this as one of his cute features.
The sound of the theater doors opening and the light peeking in made him look up and he sipped his drink watching the colorful girl enter. She approached him with her own script and he raised his eyebrow. Just there, she said what she wanted upon her delivery and she was good. Brad set his energy drink on the stage and crossed his arms over his chest listening to her acting, and she nailed it. "Stella, you say your name is? I'm Bradley McCall." Brad stated hopping off the stage in front of her, he circled the girl a bit looking over her. "Your certainly unique with style and that acting, was supreme." Brad complimented, yet there was more he needed to see. "Though I would love to hand you a full script and tell you, you got the part I must see more. This is a musical after all." Brad explained. He stopped in front of her and shifted his weight to one side sucking his teeth. "Singing, dancing and acting fall hand in hand so lets see what you got." Bradley said walking up to the stage he got the CD player ready and grabbed the microphone plugging it into the amplifier. Brad walked over and set it center stage and signaled for Stella to join him on stage. Brad walked went into his bad and grabbed the chorus music sheet from his folder and handed it to Stella. "Sing your heart out baby." Brad said with a roll of his eyes. When feeling professional and director like his depression would tend to fade away. Brad hit the CD player to play then walked off stage and took a seat in the audience. When she was finished singing he smiled and clapped to the side hopping out his seat. Brad ran up the stage turning the CD player off. "Well, that's two down. Now dance for me." Brad said chewing the inside of his cheek. Maybe Stella would need a dance partner, he figured if he had to he would.

Bradley McCall seemed like a very interesting guy. The little bruise under his eye didn't go unnoticed. She quickly looked him directly in the eye. She noticed she had a few classes with her. She never talked to him before but there's always a time for everything. She watched him sip his monster energy drink. She held herself back trying to baby him. The bruise looked like it hurt."Nice to meet you Bradley."Stella was welcome to meeting anyone new."Aww thank you, you look good your self. Well except for that I bet it hurts. Do you have any make up I could fix that right up."She excepted the complement with an embarrassed wave and pointed towards his bruise. She mentally kicked her self. Her make up skills were top notch she did a lot of the girls on the cheers squad since junior high. She shouldn't have brought up the bruise it had nothing to do with her."Sorry I know its none of my business. Just forget I even brought it up."She put both of her hands up trying to show she was done. Stella joined Bradley on stage taking the microphone from him. So she had to sing that wouldn't be so bad. She just had to sing with all the emotion she had in her little body."I'll try my best."Stella smirked and placed her hand on her stomach. She took the sheet music and waited for right moment. Stella sang the song with all of her heart. She felt really good singing up on stage it wasn't her type of thing but it really made her feel like she was having a Giselle from enchanted moment. She did a little curtsy when Bradley started to clap. Now dancing that was her thing she could handle choreography from cheer squad and the dance team."Will you dance with me?"She offered her hand waiting for his reaction. She didn't mind dancing alone, but she did like the way it felt when two people danced together. It gave her a more personal feeling.

Was it really that bad? Slight embarrassment entered his mind and he looked away. What the heck possessed him to even go to school today, he was getting depressed. He was hurting, just everything in the world that could go wrong would going wrong. That was life Brad looked at Stella "Nah, it doesn't hurt once your used to it, it's just another imperfection in life." Brad said with a half smirk, he didn't really see need in trying to explain after all the last time he did, Xander left him standing there alone, he hated being alone. One of the main reasons he couldn't leave Kaleb, being alone was one of his biggest fears, to die alone. Brad thought for a moment and looked up to the girl, she seemed light hearted, and caring yet he wasn't just bout to open up about himself. "Lets get your audition through and we can play with make up after sound good?" Brad asked with a smile, he wouldn't deny making a new friend and if she really did care about his appearance, she might be someone to interact with. Brad always kept his cabinet of friends tight, he was only popular in the sense he was so active. Lacrosse, Ice Hockey, he was the co-director for the drama club. He had a bit going on. He wouldn't call himself a jock though even if he was good at the sports he participated in. He liked being a nerd, his room, filled with memorable things. Like video games and action figures, comic books and dvd collections. Brad smiled and then got back into theater mode, he watched the girl sing, and he leaned back enjoying himself. The sound of her voice was sweet, it wasn't too high nor too low. "Brava!" Bradley said standing up clapping, when he joined her by her side and was asked to dance he cleared his throat.
"Your aware your going to be playing a male part correct?" Bradley confirmed as he walked over to the radio. After all he was playing Jules and in any other sense he'd be dancing the girls part in the slow dance. Brad pressed play and classical ball room dancing music flowed out of the music box and he joined Stella. "Disney fan? Well just think Anastasia the ballroom scene. I may be taller then you, but I will make it my business to dance pair you with someone the same size or if lucky a little shorter. Now I'm a girl..." Brad's face went blank at his own words and he blinked shaking his head. "Well, If I was a girl I wouldn't be a very attractive one...Any who you get what I mean. Your the boy in this dance now hold my waist and lets waltz." Brad said taking one of her hand in his and he placed the other on her shoulder. "Now." Brad said as he put his first foot back and hers came forward and he counted 1,2,3 til he had to spin and got back in the dance formation. Once the song was over he smiled walking over to his bag and got the whole script, for Benvlio. Brad walked back presenting it to Stella. "You've earned that part, welcome to the musical cast." Brad said a little excited. He walked Stella back stage and looked at the make up kit. "Now now I'm going to be a pretty girl." Brad teased making fun of himself from his earlier said words. He turned on the light and have her the makeup kit. Brad walked over to the stool awaiting Stella to fix the ring around his eye. Once she started he winced a little at the pain, at least the area wasn't swollen or anything.

Just by looking at Bradley she could tell she said the wrong thing. She felt like such a jerk for even bringing up the bruise. She needs to learn how to keep things to herself some time. But now wasn't the time and place for it right now. She had a role she was working on. She nodded her head to show she understood. She played sports so she got bruise every now and then.Lets just say they could be a bitch and make you look like hell."Sure as long as your willing."Stella clapped her hands together and bounced a little. She took in all of Bradley's features he was an attractive guy to her. He looked like he could be a model if he was taller. Now don't get her wrong she had her cute Brandon, but she had to give Bradley props. Now she got a chance to put some makeup on him she was pumped. He just gave her even more motivation to nail this dance. Stella gave a little bow taking in all of Bradleys praise."Thank you." She was blushing slightly, but she had to make it to the very end. Stella was determined to get this under her belt. Good memories was all she wanted to make this year and a few new friends was a plus.
"Yeah I know I just hope I turn out to be a good looking guy."Stella chuckled and took Bradleys hand."How could you tell. I love Disney movies Anastasia is one of my top favs. That's good I don't want to feel like a midget with my partner hovering over me ."Stella paused and giggled when he said he was a girl.Hearing him say it out loud was really adorable."Nope I think you would be a really pretty girl. I mean you have breathtaking blue eyes. Cute lips and a really good complexion. Most girls would kill for your looks."Stella gave him a stern face as she kept up with Bradleys pace."I'm a handsome boy and I'm in control."Stella deepened her voice then coughed. She placed her hand on his waist and the other on his shoulder. She took control and started to lead him. In the back of her mind she bet they looked kind of funny dancing around the stage. Once the song ended she clapped and jumped a little when she got the script."Thank you I won't let you down."Stella was ready for her treat she got to play with some of the makeup. She walked over to Bradley and lifted his chin up so she could get a better view of the bruise. Stella pulled out a concealer that matched his skin tone and applied a little gently around his bruise with a compact puff."A really pretty girl at that."She stated as she rubbed it in softly with her finger. Adding a little foundation to finish him off making it look like nothing happened."And with a bit of magic your back to normal."Stella said while finishing it up with a few more touches.

Didn't most girls love Disney movies? It was just something he noticed they all took a part in liking. "I can't really say, I was asking you if you and and now that I know. We have something in common, though I much rather get down on some star wars or lost." Brad admitted scrunching his nose a little cutely. It was true being a nerd was cool, it had it's up even if girls didn't think it was hot. When Stella showered him in compliments he nodded, he felt admired for his looks for once, this was true his eyes were his best feature yet he thought his big teeth were as well. Brad crossed his arms over his chest. "That they might kill for these looks, but I ain't giving them up if you say they are that appealing." Bradley teased, he felt good about himself, for the first time in a few days. "Thank you Stella." Brad said, he really appreciated her trying to cheer him up, maybe she could see forms of his depression or his saddened aura. "Your quite ravishing yourself. Trust me, Imogen and Julia will make you a handsome boy." Brad said, Imogen worked on the set, and he was pretty sure she'd be helping with costumes and makeup as well as Eli's co-producer Julia Night. Brad danced and danced letting Stella lead, he smirked when it was all finished he knew it was going to be a good audition just by the way she threw herself into character and didn't come in shy or timid. "I have no doubts you will fail me in anyway shape or form...its the lead in the play whom I am concerned about." Bradley explained, his voice saddened and quiet. Dragging his feet back to the makeup room, he had the utmost faith in Stella's make up skills, she couldn't make him look worst then he already did to be honest. His eyes were a little puffy from not getting enough sleep, yet he suffered from depression and it caused insomnia. Tossing and turning or just looking at the ceiling thinking about everything that could go bad. Brad felt her rubbing in make up, and he closed his eye avoiding getting it in there. "Not a pretty girl." Brad correct. When it was all done he looked in the mirror in awe getting up close. "Wow, that is magic, not a trace of it." Brad said with a smile, he felt a little more confident now as he turned to face Stella. He walked over and hugged her for a moment and let go, how awkward that must have been for her. "Sorry...just thank you." Brad said closing up the kit. "For walking in my theater today, you gave off positive energy and I feel a lot better then I did before meeting you Stell." He said with a smile, it was a real smile not a Brad sarcastic one at that. "Whats next on your agenda?" Brad asked crossing his arms over his chest and shifting his weight to one side.

"Really star wars and lost?"Stella gave him a funny look then laughed."I'm actually a bit of a star wars freak. I love Han Solo and R2-D2."She scrunched up her nose a little and gave him a wink. Sure Stella knew a lot of people didn't like talking about having nerdy hobbies and most wouldn't even admit to it. She thought of it differently because of her dad was a nerd in so many words and since she was an only child she spent bonding time watching and seeing thinks he liked. But who couldn't like space ships and light sabers filled with action and twist. It felt like she really cheered Bradley up a little he seemed more approachable now. A smirk crossed her face when he put his arms across his chest."Bradley you are just to cute for words."Stella felt good giving Bradley complements it wasn't hard because it was true."No problem just doing my job."She smirked and brushed a strand of her hair behind her ear."Stop your gonna make me blush. I'm not that good looking."She blushed and slapped his arm playfully. She continued dancing with him to the very end. It was fun dancing with Bradley the best part was her leading. She wasn't worried about the make up at all she was sure she would make an ok guy."Oh whats wrong with the lead in the play?"She could tell he was upset by his tone."Ok a very handsome boy." Stella stretched it all out slowly teasing him."One of the cutest boys I seen so far other than my boyfriend of course."Stella gave a little cocky dance and pose."You know I'm your fairy god mother Brad just a younger and much cuter one."She gave him a little curtsy and pulled on the bottom of her baby doll dress. She hugged Bradley back. She didn't mind when he did it because he was showing her she did a really good job."No thank you I had a lot of fun today. Maybe I'm like a good luck charm or something."Her goofy grin started to show when he told her that she gave off a positive energy. She checked her phone quickly."Nothing yet what about you Brad? "

Bradley shook his head, she certainly knew how to buff his ego with all the compliments. "Yes, if the fairy god mother looked like you, I believe a lot more of the princes would leave their princesses." Brad teased, he engaged in light flirting and compliments, yet it was only because she started it. Brad thought for a moment, what was he doing today? The musical had been a little over whelming, the last few days he understood he needed to practice as much as possible yet he didn't want his seasonal depression to peek due to stress. "Well we could hang out if you'd like." Brad suggested, he just had to look over the theater and leave it exactly how it was before he entered he had a little more casting to do yet most of the parts were just going to be handed through out the drama department. Brad sucked his teeth and ruffled his hair before looking at himself in the mirror once more. "I have an idea, I am so in the Halloween spirit. So we can go to the patch and pick out some pumpkins and carve them." Brad suggested, he didn't have lacrosse practice today. It would be nice to hang out with a female friend instead of males constantly. No wonder why his boyfriend was always saying he was cheating. "We could go back to my house to carve em then after. I think I should dominate you in some video games. Sound good?" Brad asked, he was unsure of what a girl with a boyfriend would want to do, he wasn't asking her on a date or anything so he didn't see why she couldn't go. He shifted his weight to one side awaiting an answer from his new made friend.

Stella was caught in a fit of giggles after hearing him. Wow she wouldn't want that to happen. Now she felt like she would be a home wrecker."Maybe I should turn it down a little."She liked talking with Brad he was a really fun guy. She watched him as he thought. She was still thinking about how many princes she could get maybe she would have to be small or only visit when no one was around."Hang out sure I'd like that."Stella pulled out her phone and texted Brandon. She had to tell her boyfriend something before she got to busy. She clapped her hands together excitedly."I'm going to get the perfect pumpkin. Its gonna be huge."She stretched her arms out like a little kid would showing how big the pumpkin was going to be."Don't laugh at my carving skills are lacking."Stella walked to the mirror and ruffled her hair a little making sure each hair was in place. She blew a kiss at her reflection and smirked."You dominate me? I don't think so I can hold my own."Stella puffed out her cheeks and put her hands on her hips.
