Personality:
Sophisticated-- Growing up in a rather lavish community in France, Noelle became rather sophistocated and organized. She acts very lady like around adults and strangers. She doesn't enjoy having to act lady like all the time, as most sixteen year olds she wants to show her own style, but her parents infused into her that she had to act like a Lady at dinner parties and such. Since her father was very high up, they had a lot of those.
Shameless Flirt-- Although she is descrete about it, Noelle is a big flirt. She has a very specific taste in males though. She likes the rare gentlemen - and she won't settle for anything less. When she has her sights locked on one guy, she won't give up. She is not willing to 'go' anywhere with guys though. Her religious background has instilled the whole no sex until marraige thing, but she isn't totally into that. Shes not into the whole 'party girl' thing, sleeping with random guys all the time. She wants to be in a committed relationship before doing anything. Though, since coming to America, she has found that she has more of a want, or you might say need, for the bad boys. America changes people, you know.
Social -- Like many teenage girls, Noelle is extremely social. She hates to be alone, in fact, she cannot be alone. If she is physically by herself, she is on the phone with somebody. She is always talking to people or just with people. Her favorite place to be is the mall, and she would spend every single day there if she could. She tries to be friends with everybody and is rather friendly.
Independant -- She is very independant. She doesn't like others telling her what to do and likes to make choices on her own. Although she grew up rich, she is very far from being what people would think most rich kids acted like. She doesn't judge people based on their money, class, or anything else. She judges each person based on the way they treat others, and how high they hold themselves.
Overall Appearance: Noelle is five foot six inches tall, and built very thin. She is lean, and she is a vegeterian, so it shows. She has long black hair that falls about to the middle of her back, and she usually wears it in all different styles. She has her nose peirced, and two peircings in each ear as well. Her clothing style kind of depends on her mood at the time, or what is in. When she was in France, she wore a lot of fancy, sophistocated clothing. Since coming to America she quickly fell into the more recent styles.

History:
Noelles mother and father moved from Nebraska to Nice, France when her mother was still pregnant with her. Her father was in the military and was stationed there in France, so the whole family had to move. Because of her fathers being in the army and a family inheritance, thier whole family was lavishly rich. Thier house was right along mediteranian sea. Her father was never really around due to his work for the military, so Noelle and her brother who was three years younger than her where raised mostly by her mother.
Noelle was sheltered a lot of her life, homeschooled until the eighth grade. She never had any real tramatic experiances. Her and her brother never got along, since Noelle turned into an overdramatic teenager rather early. Her little brother was your usual little brother, always bothering his sister. She knew most people who lived around her, and was always spending time at the malls and shopping centers with her friends. She started high school in the ninth grade and fell into some peer pressure, like drinking. She never got into anything real bad except the drinking. She hates strong liquer though, and sticks with wine and femine drinks such as martini's and daqri's.
Her junior year she opted to be a foreign exchange student, and she ended up getting sent to Degrassi. She surprisingly started to fit in, but everybody seemed facinated with the exchange students. She had always been homeschooled, so actual high school was a hell of a lot more than she bargained for, but she's starting to get used to it.
