Zoo Field Trip~Noah

[Kylet Sky]

She absolutely hated her anatomy class but thank the lord that this was a fun part of the class. Her anatomy class was taking a field trip to the zoo to see the animals and receive a lecture about animals bone structures and stuff like that. Kylet had been uber excited about the whole thing and has made sure to bring her camera to take pictures. Right at the moment she was over by the polar bear exhibit watching them swim behind the glass brought a smile to her lips but she stepped forward and placed a hand on the cool glass a slight saddenned expression touching her eyes,"Poor babies" she whispered. She was snapped out of her train of thought though when she noticed one of Matt's friends looking at the polar bears right next to her. Kylet looked up and smiled at the boy, she knew his name, she knew him from passing but she never really said much to him,"You enjoying yourself too Noah?" she asked softly before she chuckled and lifted her camera snapping a picture of him as she giggled,"I think this picture might be the best one I've taken all day" she said winking at him with a smile.

The stupid zoo, he didn't want to go to the zoo. The zoo was almost as bad as the aquarium or sea world or the circus. Noah hated the fact that the animals were taken from their habitat to be placed behind bars and glass like they were some kind of attraction. Noah walked with his hands in his hoodie sleeve, he had saw the elephants on the way in, those his view was different for these mammals. Noah did a project in 9th grade that scared him. He watched the videos of elephant abuse for their ivory tusks and that stuck with him. They were safer at the zoo. Noah walked to to an underpass and he looked the the polar bears. He looked at them as they came right up to the glass fearless. His phone rang and he picked up hearing his father. "You know all that money you got? You should make a generous donation to this zoo they need more workers to feed and play with these animals." Noah said annoyed he didn't see anyone around so he figured he could be sweet. When his father agreed to his spoiled yet unselfish terms he hung up and put his hand on the glass hearing a voice address him. His eyes went blind for a moment as he rubbed them and laughed walking over to Kylet. "Why thank you and Ky, I'm always enjoying myself when your near." Noah explained biting his bottom lip. He couldn't help his flirtatious nature even if it was one of his best friends girls. "You enjoying taking pictures I mean you need one of you too." Noah said reaching for her camera and walking a few staps back. The polar bear behind her was a nice add on as he snapped the picture looking at it. "Oh shit he looked like he is bout to devour your head." Noah teased walking down a little. There were baby seals and he pointed them out to Ky. "I feel so bad for them... but you cant go and tell anyone." Noah said, he wasn't sure if she heard his phone call but he wasn't bout to look weak for his concern.

She had heard his conversation to his father and she didn't mention it though and when he said he was always enjoying himself whenever she was near it made her smile and blush slightly. She gently allowed him to take her camera from her small hands and when he took the picture she smile and she laughed at his comment,"I'm sure I wouldn't taste very good"

[/color] she giggled as she followed him over to the seals. Her eyes softened as she leaned against him watching them. "What? You feel bad for them? I don't know what you mean," she said winking at him showing she wouldn't tell anyone as she nudged him playfully,"Yeah, I feel bad for them too...during the summer time I come here and I play with the more tame animals, my aunt is an animal trainer"[/color] she explained softly. She smiled and tugged at a strand of her hair, allowing her camera to hang loosely around her neck,"That was nice of you ya know? The donation demand from your father...that's sweet of you" she said as she looked up into his eyes and scrunched her nose in an adorable manner.[/blockquote][/blockquote]

[Noah Olivier]

When Ky asked what he was talking about it took him a second to caught on and with her nudging he laughed. "Exactly." Noah said. He disregarded her comment about not tasting very well because it wasn't his place to say what he normally would have if Kylet were single. Noah looked into the glass and he listened to Kylet. "They need that, attention and love. I'd hate to be behind glass getting stared at everyday." Noah admitted, he was good looking yet he didn't even think he wanted to be a model due to all the cameras and people always staring. That was like a pure dose of anxiety. When she said how sweet he was he ate up her compliments for his own selfish benefit yet his inentions were good he couldn't let her think it was soft. "You know, I don't think it's write them swimming around in their own shit. I don't want to see that so they need more funds to hire people to clean." Noah said stern he looked around and tried to hide the hint of a smile he had. "Ky let's go watch the dolphin show, you can volunteer. I bet you'd love to be kissed by a fish, sure beats kissing Matt." Noah teased as he put his arm around her. "Your my..frie....entertainment for the day." Noah said switching up his words, he walked Ky to the dolphin show and sat close to the water he looked around seeing nothing. They must have been early. "So what been going on Ky, we used to talk all the time then you just disappeared?" Noah said, he knew it might have had something to do with her and Matt's short break up but he was unclear and had time to waste.

She smiled and when he mentioned the dolphin show her eyes lit up,"Oh yes I'd love that, I can take pictures!"

[/color] she said in her excitement. When he put his arm over her shoulders, she leaned into him as they walked and she chuckled lightly at his comment,"He's a good kisser, I'm not sure a dolphin could compete with that"[/color] she said smiling. When they reached the small arena area she sat beside him and at his words, she rested her head on his shoulder and she closed her eyes for a moment,"Nothing really...I've just been avoiding everyone really, been trying to keep myself busy with cheer and thats really it," she said softly before opening her eyes and looking up at him with her big eyes. She chewed the inside of her cheek before reaching up and ruffling his hair,"We can hang out more if you'd like, take a few of your dad's sports cars around town, maybe a street race or two? I always liked that" she said softly as she leaned up and kissed his cheek.[/blockquote][/blockquote]

Noah laughed to himself shaking his head about her comment about Matt's kissing. The boy did have a tenancy to get drunk at parties and try to hook up with everything on 2 legs. Noah smiled and put his arm around Kylet and let her lean on him, she might have needed his time to feel cared for and protected with Matt lacking in those areas. Noah nodded, watching the dolphins come out from under the seated area. He let Ky take some pictures and he smirked at her kissing his cheek. he leaned over kissing her forehead. "Let's ditch this fish market." Noah said standing up taking Ky's hand he crouched down running trying to get out of the way of the crowds show. Once out he looked for teachers he put a cigarette between his lips and light it with his zippo. Noah walked with Ky right out of the zoo and to his white Ferrari 458. He walked up opening the vertical door opening for Ky and smirked. This was his luxury vehicle the one that was in his name. Noah walked around the car and got into the drivers side looking over at Ky. "Buckle up, just cause shes luxury don't mean the hemi don't kick." Noah said putting on his seat belt followed by his drivers gloves. "Hold on to your seat gorgeous." Noah said as he shifted 3 gears and the car peeled out of the parking lot and he whipped the corner on to the high way keeping a 70 mph speed. "So what kinda race car you got in mind?" Noah asked, he wanted to see if she had a preference when it came to cars. Plus it would be common ground if she knew anything about them.

She chuckled and followed his lead out of the place as she kept hold of his hand. When they got in the car she grinned and took the cigarette from his lips taking a long drag before sticking it back between his lips,"Give me a sooped up Ferrari baby," she teased not really caring what kind of car they raced, just being in the passenger seat of a car that went at high speed getting her adrenaline going would make her happy. She chuckled and looked over at him,"Take me away Misteh Olivier and lets have the night of our lives" she said giggling as she reached over turning on the radio lightly as he pulled out of the parking lot. She would go anywhere he took her, she always enjoyed spending time with Noah, she had just been so caught up in her break up that things had been hard. She did recall the brief fling she had with him though during the break up, but after that they really hadn't spoken til now. She looked out her window a soft sigh escaping her lips at the recollection, now she felt slightly bad but she wouldn't voice it. She glanced back over at him,"Noah.." she said softly as she reached over and absently set her hand on his knee. She was over thinking and she knew she was, she got silent again.

Noah sped down the highway he smiled at her suggestion maybe something more sporty would fit her liking. When Ky took some of his cigarette he stayed focused on the road and trusted her to put it back in his mouth. He took a long drag and placed it in the ashtray. "The night of our lives huh. Is that what you want?" Noah asked, he could always take her to his house and have some drinks, he adored that about Kylet. She was one of the only girls besides Chantal that could match him in drinks. Noah nodded. "How about some drinks, my house, hot tub and we can even play footsies under the water like old times." Noah suggested with a laugh. Noah switched the game plan he wasn't much for street racing anyways. Not in a rental that would look horrible if by some rare chance. Noah got off at the exit to his house he sped down the back street til he came to an railroad crossing. When she said his name he looked over at her curiously. "Yeah?" He said, he watched the large train go by and started driving again when he had the light. Finally they arrived at his father mansion. Noah drive up to the video security booth. "It's Noah." He said and he peeled into the long drive way. Noah got out and opened the door for Ky. "You looked like you had something to say back there, whats up?" He asked Noah wouldn't just go and do something that made Ky uncomfortable, if she had something to say she knew keeping it a hundred with him was the best thing to do.

She didn't answer when he asked her about saying his name. She let the ride go on in silence as she let her thoughts get the best of her. When they reached his house she looked up at him when he opened her car door. He questioned her and she got out of the car standing right in front of him. She looked into his eyes for a moment and then back down as she twirled a lock of her hair around her finger,"I just.." she sighed, she was a loyal girl, she was supposed to be the loyal girl for Matt but her mind was just slipping in and out of that at the moment and it kind of hurt her to know that. "I was just thinking about the last time we did actually talk"

[/color] she said as she stepped passed him and slowly headed toward the doors of the mansion. She kept her gaze down still as she spoke knowing he was behind her by now. She waited for him to open the door before following him inside,"Just..it's nothing Noah, I'm not supposed to be thinking this way, it's ok, I'll be ok" she said softly as she followed him toward the den where they usually had their drinks.[/blockquote][/blockquote]

Noah looked into her brown eyes and cocked his head, he had to think back to the last times they actually did hang out. Noah thought for a moment and his mind when blank. The last time they had actually had talked was when her and Matt had just broke up. His intentions were nothing but innocent but alcohol turned it into a good night. Noah smiled at the thought. "Yeah I do remember what about it?" He asked walking up to the little t.v monitor and waving. "I swear I have more cameras in my house then a porn star." Noah said hearing the door unlock. He let Ky in and walked to the den. The mini bar was all cleaned up from the last party he threw. Noah grabbed a 12 pack of Mike's hard lemon aid and a bottle opener. Then he grabbed a couple glasses, a bucket and put a bottle of vodka on ice. When he returned he caught the last part of her statement. In all honestly he was confused. "Thinking what way Ky?" Noah asked walking with her up the few flights of stairs. From the roof hot tub you could see a beautiful view of Toronto. Noah opened the glass door and walked out setting the ice bucket on the side of the hot tub. "You and me are pretty tight Ky, you can say anything that's on your mind. If I don't agree with it you know I won't bite my tongue. Just spit it out and stop being so down. It's suppose to be the night of out lives remember?" Noah asked crossing his arms over his chest.

She followed him as she tried to collect her thoughts to the best of her ability. When they reached the rooftop hot tub she slipped out of her skirt and her tank top and she looked over at him as she slowly got into the hot tub. She reached out her hand to him and gently pulled him oward her. "I'm not down, I'm just supposed to be this perfect loyal girl for Matt and I'm sitting here thinking about what happened between you and me...and it probably meant little to you or it meant something but we certainly cannot make it mean much more can we?" she wondered if she was making any sense as she reached for the bottle of vodka and she took a drink before handing it to him. She leaned her head back resting it against the rim of the hot tub as she closed her eyes,"I love him...but you made me feel safe...you made me feel protected in a time I needed it most and some times it just makes me wonder is all"she said managing to keep it one hundred with him for the moment. She watched him get in the hot tub and she began playing footsies with him,"I'm just over thinking where I shouldn't be Noah...I'm sorry" she said softly.
