Personality: Matthew is overall a sweet guy, he is very athletic and likes to take part in a number of sports and skateboarding. He is quite the comparator, he takes part in a different sport each season. Matt is a little obsessive and somewhat clingy when it comes to love. He is quite the smooth talker with girls and boys he longs for love and will do anything if he really wants to bad enough. Matt can be overprotective and he has extreme jealousy issues that cause him to snap quite easily. His anger issues are characterized by a disorder, (I.E.D) so when he snaps it can be quite violent, and can't control let alone stop himself. Though he isn't really one for violence but he fights for what he believes is right. Matt fits into a number of clicks, he is nonjudgmental and enjoys making new friends. He's pretty social overall, and out going. Matt finds himself taking pain killers and drinking to kill the feelings from his past and to slow down his anger. He likes to party, and can't sit still in a boring setting due to his (A.D.H.D) there for he is always doing something active to pass time, weather it be playing a sport or chilling at the skate park that where you can find him most of the time.
Overall Appearance:Matt likes to bum around in an array of things from skinny jeans, to sweats to baggy jeans. He likes bright and vibrant colors. He loves the color purple and he likes hoodies, jackets, plaid shirts, button up shirts and he is almost never seen without a NY or A's fitted hat. He wears an array of shoes from Jordans to any brand of skater shoe. Matt is about 5'9 in height. His hair tends to fall into his eyes, unless he allows it to be spiked, so he is seen flipping his hair out of his face many times throughout the day. He has golden eyes, to die for. Matt does a lot of taking with his eyes, he uses them to his advantage.

History: Matt and his younger sister Abbie are currently raised by his single mother, not far from Degrassi high school. His whole life Matt had participated in sports and now in high school he strives for a hockey scholarship to get into a good college. Matt grew up without a father, so no he doesn't celibate fathers day he has a lack of respect for older male figures and he is in counseling for his anger due to his past. Matt bottles up a lot of anger, he is often in trouble and getting suspended from school for fighting due to his anger disorder or Intermittent Explosive Disorder. Matt went through most of his life being single, scared of rejection until he met Kylet, they started dating in middle school and with Ky's naturally flirty personality and rumors floating Matt became angry at her. He accused her and became quite emotionally abusive and got into taking pills to kill his inner guilt, growing an addiction he started to go to parties floating around with most girls, hooking up for the night and leaving in the morning. His inner guilt had him break up with Ky, yet he never told her he cheated and without her his anger spiraled out of control. With a new addiction and uncontrollable anger he was forced to go to rehab. This helped him a lot and he could attend school once again. Every Tuesday and Sunday evening he goes to therapy and is taught how to control his anger, he also takes Tai chi classes to control his desire to fight in an attempt to make it productive. But this makes it dangerous to fight him. Matt is a Junior at Degrassi and his little sister Abbie, is a Freshman, he tries his hardest to be a father figure to Abbie because he doesn't want not having one to affect her life like it did his own. He can be quite controlling of her, but she is somewhat understanding because she adores her older brother, and knows he is doing it for her best interest.
