He was eating lunch with the hockey team picking on Campbell Saunders as usual, the kid was such an easy target, poor boy had no swag, no rhythm, nothing. He glanced up at the sound of Bianca Desousa's voice ringing in his ears, here we go, he thoughts as she stormed over and smacked him right upside the head slurring spanish words at him that he figured were curse words and names of course. He got up from his chair and was of course stopped by Owen and Dallas whom he gave a glare to. He knew the bitch was almost best buds with Milligan and that Dallas simply didn't want any problems for the team right that moment. He pulled himself away from them and scowled knocking Cam upside the head with his own hand on the way outside of the cafeteria doors. He scowled to himself as he glanced around and pulled out a cigarette discretely lighting it under his hockey letter jacket before taking a long drag. His eyes glanced around spotting a girl who was outside by herself. He tilted his head narrowing his eyes at her briefly before he took another drag on his cigarette,"You tell on me for this, I'll have your pretty neck got it?" he warned her.

Noelle wasn't sure what she thought about this public school thing. She was pretty sure she almost had a panic attack during first hour, and it just got worse from there. She was a social person, but this was just nuts. The way most of these students disrespected their professors was almost sick, and she wanted to rip her hair out during math. She hadn't ever done math that complicated, and everytime she spoke everybody looked at her like she was crazy. Just because she had an accent. I'm not sure I can make this all year. She hoped it would get better, but she wasn't sure. Alex was the only person she knew, but she didn't want to bother him at lunch - he probably had friends he wanted to sit with.
So, which is so unlike her, she made her way outside. She wasn't hungry, her stomach felt like it was in knots. She made her way outside, the fresh air felt nice, and there wasn't anybody else out there. She figured that maybe someday she would get along better with these people. Everybody was so much different than back in France, and maybe she wasn't as prepared for this as she thought. Sitting through hour long classes was almost torture, too. She was leaning against a light pole, with her phone out, texting one of her friends from back in Nice, France, when a voice made her jump.
She caught the smell of cigarette smoke and it made her wrinkle up her nose. "Oh, don't worry monsiour. I won't tell anybody." Her thick accent was probably something that was going to get her made fun of, but she dropped her eyes, not wanting to make eye contact with him. He was cute though, she caught that pretty quickly. She continued fidgiting with her phone before sighing and putting it back in her pocket. "Do.. do you know where the gym is? I have uh.. P.E next hour and have .. no idea where I'm going." The slight tinge of pink that rose in her cheeks was most notable on her porceline skin, but she rose her bright blue eyes up to try and meet his for just a moment. That's all she needed was somebody to tell her where her classes where and he started the conversation right?

An accent? A slight smirk played on the boy's lips as he chuckled to himself and took another long drag of the cigarette, leaning his back against the building wall. He ruffled his hair before pushing himself away from the wall at her question of where the gym would be. He let another unamused chuckled escape his lips as he stepped toward her stopping about a foot away. He looked her over before he cocked his head and narrowed his eyes,"Are you daft?" he asked, it was only his nature to be rude even if she wasn't being mean, he was never kind unless your name was Chloe or occassionally Hannah Mitchell, other than that respect was earned with Kade you never just got it right off. He looked down at her,"Its that big area inside with the double doors, the big room without audience chairs and a stage," he told her pretty much explaining the difference between the gym and the theatre. He rolled his eyes taking a few more drags before flicking it aside and crushing the butt with his heel. He saw that she looked either highly confused or concerned but he did also note the red shade of her cheeks and he chuckled and smirked again,"Not used to hot guys where you come from?" he asked in his cocky tone.

Noelle really wasn't up on a lot of slang. She took years of english classes, of course she knew english, but there was still a lot that she didn't know. So when he asked if she was 'daft' she just blinked a few times. Surely by this point he would have guessed that she wasn't from around here. Her accent was thicker than molasses so it wasn't hard to tell. But hey, some people where slow. "I uh, I don't know what you mean by that." She said, shyly, knowing it was probably something bad, or insulting. He seemed like that kind of guy. She could tell by the way he held himself. He was probably an egotistical jock. That was easy to tell enough, but she was okay with that. For now.
Noelles biggest flaw was probably the fact that she never thought before she spoke. Nor did she understand when people where being sarcastic or not. Now she was painfully sarcastic most of the time, at least when her toungue got the best of her. Her brain was usually a few steps behind her words. "Oh uh, Merci." She said, smiling a little bit at the guy. The slight pink tinge that was almost always in her cheeks was still there. However, at his next comment, her arms folded across her chest, and raising her eyebrow. "Hot? Aye, I've seen plenty of hot guys mon ami. But usually I don't meet the egotistical ... douche bags so quickly." There where a few nasty words since coming to American already. Even parasians new some interesting words.
